PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT HOW YOU MAY USE THE APPLICATION AND PLACE ORDERS FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGE AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION. 

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) explain how you can access and use the Application and how you can use the various services available to you through it, which include being able to buy food and drink items for consumption or collection at Participating Locations (defined below).
