HOW IT WORKS

 
  1. ADD TO CART

On Foodatolivers.co.uk select Click & Collect, or open Time2Eat app. If you are using the service for the first time, you will be required to register using your personal email and verify your account. Citi emails cannot be used for registration. Once registration is complete, select Hej coffee or Oliver’s food, and add your preferences to the cart.

2. PAYMENT

Click on a Checkout button, select collection time and proceed with the payment. Make payment according to the method you choose. You can choose for your payment method to be saved for your future purchases.

3. COLLECT AT OLIVER’S

After an order is placed you can collect your order from the dedicated pick up point at Oliver’s restaurant.

 

FAQ

  1. How do I place an order? Go to Foodatolivers.co.uk select Click & Collect, or open Time2Eat app. If you are using the service for the first time, you will be required to register using your personal email and verify your account. Citi emails cannot be used for registration. Once registration is complete, select Hej coffee or Oliver’s food, and add your preferences to the cart. Some of the items can be customise by clicking button ‘Choose’.

  2. I cannot find Americano. Americano is called Long Black on Hej menu.

  3. Can I use Apple Pay and GPay? Yes, you can use both of these payment options. When making a purchase, at the end of check out you will have to select ‘Change’ option and choose your preferred payment method.

  4. Can I use a reusable cup? Reusable cups are not available for Click & Collect service at the moment. However, we are working on this and CauliCups will be available soon.

  5. Where do I collect my coffee order? You can collect your coffee order at dedicated Coffee Click & Collect counter located on the right side at Oliver’s entrance, opposite of the salad bar.

  6. I did’t get any notifications from the web page, why? Unfortunately, notifications function is not available at the moment on the web based app. If you would like to receive all notifications, please download Time2Eat app and turn on notifications function.

  7. Why I can’t add item to my basket? We have noticed some iOS users experience issues with Web based app. Please check if your system is up to date, review cookies settings and clear your cache.

  8. Can anyone place an order for this service? Unfortunately no, only Citi employees can order with Click & Collect.
